Do you offer monthly content creation?
Yes. Content Starter, Growth, and Brand Partner retainers are available with a 3-month minimum.
Do you manage social media?
Social scheduling and posting support is available in selected scopes and custom plans.
Do you travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. Pixel Rain Studios can travel for in-person projects anywhere within the United States, subject to availability and additional travel costs. Clients outside the United States can work with us virtually for services that can be delivered remotely.
Do monthly plans require a contract?
Monthly retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment. New clients receive 10% off months 1–3; if you continue after the initial term, month 4+ is billed at the standard monthly rate.
Can you work with my existing branding?
Yes. We can work within an existing brand system or help improve one that needs stronger consistency.
Can you create content for ads?
Yes. Ad creative can be included in projects and custom scopes; paid media spend is separate.
